On A Health Journey: Acceptance Is Accepted Here

Do you ever feel that with all the ambition to achieve what you want to achieve, comes this greatly terrible pest that likes to say “but you’re not good enough now” and “I  wish you were like that now”?

Personally, the longer I stay on track with my health goals, the more harsh I am on myself when I fall off; from there, I even start bashing myself for not being at certain marks at this very moment.

Ehh… tough love is cute, but sometimes we just need to embrace ourselves with LOVE and ACCEPTANCE… that’s the good stuff, yo.
