Cashew Cauliflower Curry Sauce

Getting curried away for the new year with a Cashew Cauliflower Curry Sauce.

let’s talk about this curry powder

I’m super excited I got my hands on a really nice curry powder from Seasonality Spices.

Believe it or not, this curry actually comes from the Bahamas, from a city called Freeport, and that’s why this blend is called Freeport Curry.

The ingredients in this blend are very similar to traditional Indian curry powder, but this one stands out with the addition of allspice. Other spices in this blend are turmeric, coriander, garlic, ginger, fenugreek seed, cinnamon, pepper, and other traditional curry spices.

The flavor it gave to this vegan curry sauce was through the roof.
