If you refuse to get sick again, load your body up with vitamins it needs. While there are a lot of factors that play in the sick world, we all know how amazing good ol’ vitamin C is for fighting the flu, so I made a vitamin C smoothie bowl.
You’ll be happy to know that the base is super simple; 1 frozen banana, 3 frozen strawberries, and 1/2 of a fresh orange.

Vitamin C Smoothie Bowl
Stay well with this smoothie bowl that's loaded with vitamin-c.
- 1 frozen banana
- 4 frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
Blend all ingredients together, pour into a bowl, and top with yummy things.
As you can see, this is loaded with natural sugars, so make sure to give your body something later on that’s high in protein, veggies, good fats, and good carbs; maybe something like a bean dip spread with avocado, sweet potato, kale and carrots, and multigrain toast?
