Golden Ginger Spiced Nice Cream Bowl

Loving the fall inspired colors and spices in this Golden Ginger Spiced Nice Cream Bowl (I told you I wasn’t going to let the cold weather scare me away from nice cream).

I’ve had tons of fresh ginger on hand with intentions to make little ginger shots with my Ellie’s Best Nut Milk Bag, (use code healthindulgencejourneyor 10% off your first purchase) but using ginger in this creamy nice cream was a tasty experience.

I had the tiniest bit of homemade cashew milk left (one of my plant milk staples, I love using the cashew pulp that remains), and it was just the amount I needed to add to make this sweet treat complete.

To get a nice golden yellow color, I added some Vietnamese turmeric from Seasonality Spices (use code healthindulgence for 15% off your first purchase).
