Health Benefits of Celery

I work in the produce department at Trader Joes, and I’ve heard from a co-worker and a few customers now that celery juice is super good for you; maybe that’s why we can’t keep it on the shelf past 1pm lately.

If you look up the health benefits of celery, you’ll find there’s a lot. I read an article by Healthline that gives a quick list of 5 Healthy Benefits of Celery, and included are also some tips for buying and storing celery.

I can’t wait to make more juice with my nut milk bag, now that I know how easy it is, and how simple the clean up process is; organic celery is on my list every week now.
