Cucumber Watermelon Juice

Refreshing and balanced juice with all the yummy cucumber watermelon flavor.

  • 1 cucumber rough chop
  • 1 mini yellow watermelon scooped out of the rind (if it's super big I'd go with half)
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt
  • 1 tsp sweetener of your choice I used agave
  • 2 probiotic capsules optional


  1. Blend everything together on high for about 60 seconds, or until there aren't any chunks of fruit or cucumber.

  2. Strain the juice through a nut milk bag (cheesecloth is another route you can go), until all that remains is the pulp.

  3. Pour the juice into a couple mason jars, store in the fridge, and enjoy within 2-3 days.

Recipe Notes

It's totally optional to add probiotics to the juice, I do it because I like sneaking this gut-friendly powder into drinks and meals over taking the pill.
